2. Delivery Policy

Orders are delivered within 0–7 working days from the date of purchase, based on the selected delivery date and product availability.

We make every effort to deliver orders on the chosen delivery date and time slot.

Delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, including traffic conditions, weather, local restrictions, festivals, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Customers must provide complete and accurate delivery details. Flower feathers is not responsible for failed or delayed deliveries caused by incorrect addresses, recipient unavailability, or restricted access locations.

3. Perishable Products, Returns & Refunds

All floral products are perishable and handcrafted.

If an item is damaged or incorrect, the issue must be reported immediately at the time of delivery or within 2 hours of delivery, along with clear photographic evidence.

After verification, we may offer a replacement or refund, at our discretion.

Delayed complaints will not be accepted.

Due to the perishable nature of flowers, returns, exchanges, or refunds are not accepted for reasons such as personal preference, change of mind, or minor variations in color, shape, or flower type.

Seasonal substitutions of flowers of equal or higher value may be made and will not be considered grounds for refunds.

You agree not to misuse the website or engage in activities that may disrupt or damage the website’s functionality.
