- Cancellations must be requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery date.
- Orders already processed or dispatched cannot be canceled.

Refund Policy:
- Refunds are issued for cancellations made within the permitted timeframe.
- Refunds or replacements are offered for damaged or incorrect items reported as soon as the product is delivered, We will arrange a replacement or provide a refund after review. delay in reporting will not be accepted.
- Due to the perishable nature of flowers, returns for other reasons are not accepted.
- Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

- Custom orders, next-day delivery, same-day delivery orders are non-refundable once confirmed.
