Cancellation & Refund
At Flower feathers, we work with fresh and perishable flowers, carefully prepared for each order. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.
Order Cancellations
Order cancellations must be requested at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date.
Orders that have already been processed, prepared, or dispatched cannot be cancelled.
Same-day delivery, next-day delivery, and custom flower arrangements cannot be cancelled once the order is confirmed.
Refund & Replacement Policy
Refunds are applicable only for eligible cancellations made within the permitted timeframe.
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must notify us immediately at the time of delivery or within 2 hours of delivery, along with clear photos.
After verification, we will either:
Arrange a replacement, or
Issue a refund, at our discretion.
Delayed complaints or reports made after the allowed timeframe will not be accepted.
No Returns Policy (Perishable Goods)
Due to the perishable nature of flowers, returns and exchanges are not accepted for reasons such as personal preference, change of mind, or minor variations in color, shape, or flower type.
Seasonal availability may require substitutions of equal or higher value, which will not be considered grounds for refunds.
Non-Refundable Orders
The following orders are strictly non-refundable once confirmed:
Custom or personalized flower arrangements
Same-day delivery orders
Next-day delivery orders
Orders refused by the recipient or provided with incorrect delivery details
Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
