Delivery Locations

We currently deliver only within Mumbai city.

Orders can be placed from anywhere in the world for delivery within Mumbai.

We do not offer intercity or international delivery at this time.

Delivery Timings

Standard Delivery: Between 8:30 AM and 7:00 PM

Midnight Delivery: Available between 11:00 PM and 11:55 AM (additional charges apply)

Exact delivery time slots are subject to availability and operational constraints.

Delivery Schedule

Orders are delivered within 0–7 working days from the date of purchase, depending on the selected delivery date and product availability.

We make every effort to deliver orders on the chosen delivery date and time slot.

While delays are rare, delivery times may be affected by traffic conditions, weather, local restrictions, festivals, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, customers will be informed promptly.

Delivery Instructions & Accuracy

Customers must provide complete and accurate delivery details, including recipient name, phone number, and full address.

Flower feathers is not responsible for failed or delayed deliveries due to:

Recipient unavailability

Incorrect contact information

Restricted entry locations (e.g., hospitals, offices with limited access, security-restricted premises)

Recipient Availability

If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, our delivery partner will attempt to contact the recipient.

If delivery is unsuccessful due to recipient unavailability, the order will be considered fulfilled, and no refund will be applicable due to the perishable nature of flowers.

Product Handling & Substitutions

All floral products are handcrafted and perishable. Minor variations in flower type, color, or arrangement may occur due to seasonal availability.

In rare cases, substitutions of equal or higher value may be made to ensure timely delivery.
