We deliver only within Mumbai city.

 

5. Can I place an order for delivery outside Mumbai?

Currently, we do not offer delivery outside Mumbai. However, customers from anywhere in the world can place orders for delivery within Mumbai.

Yes. International customers can place orders online for delivery within Mumbai.

Delivery Information

 

14. What are your delivery timings?

 

Standard Delivery: 8:30 AM – 7:00 PM

 

Midnight Delivery: 11:00 PM – 11:55 AM (₹250 additional charge)

 

15. Do you offer free delivery?

Yes. Standard delivery is free across Mumbai.

 

16. How much is the midnight delivery charge?

₹250 per order. This charge is non-refundable.

 

17. Do you deliver on Sundays and public holidays?

Yes, we deliver on Sundays and public holidays.

 

18. What happens if the recipient is unavailable?

Our delivery partner will attempt to contact the recipient. If delivery fails due to recipient unavailability, the order will be considered fulfilled, and no refund will be applicable due to the perishable nature of flowers.

 

19. Can I change the delivery address after ordering?

Address changes are possible only if requested at least 12 hours before delivery and subject to feasibility.

 

20. Can I track my order?
